Who has gathered the wind in His fists?

Who has wrapped the waters in His garment?

Who has established all the ends of the earth?

What is His name or His son’s name?

Surely you know! Proverb 30:4

The wind goeth toward the south, and turneth about unto the north;

It whirleth about continually, and the wind returneth again according to his circuits. Ecclesiastes 1:6

He causes the vapors to ascend from the ends of the earth;

Who makes lightnings for the rain, who brings forth the wind from His treasuries. Psalms 135:7
