I AM WHO I AM~

God said to Moses, “I AM WHO I AM. This is what you are to say to the Israelites: ‘I AM has sent me to you.’”  Exodus 3:14

“I am the Alpha and the Omega,” says the Lord God, “who is, and who was, and who is to come, the Almighty.” Revelation 1:8 

God also said to Moses, “I am the LORD.” Exodus 6:2 

“Be still, and know that I am God  I will be exalted among the nations,  I will be exalted in the earth.” Psalm 46:10

I appeared to Abraham, to Isaac and to Jacob as God Almighty, but by my name the LORD I did not make myself known to them. Exodus 6:3

“I am YHWH, that is My name; I will not give My glory to another, or My praise to idols.” Isaiah 42:8

God also said to Moses, “Say to the Israelites, ‘The LORD, the God of your fathers–the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac and the God of Jacob–has sent me to you.’ This is my name forever, the name by which I am to be remembered from generation to generation. Exodus 3:15

“You shall have no other gods before me.” Exodus 29:3
