Clouds are the Dust of His Feet ~

The Lord is slow to anger and great in power, and the Lord will by no means clear the guilty. His way is in whirlwind and storm, and the clouds are the dust of his feet ~Nahum 1:3 

The Lord will make the rain of your land powder. From heaven dust shall come down on you until you are destroyed~ Deuteronomy 28:24 

And he said to man, ‘Behold, the fear of the Lord, that is wisdom, and to turn away from evil is understanding.’” Job 28:28

The fear of the Lord leads to life, and whoever has it rests satisfied; he will not be visited by harm. Proverbs 19:23

Come, O children, listen to me; I will teach you the fear of the Lord. Psalm 34:11
