The Spirit clearly says that in later times some will abandon the faith and follow deceiving spirits and things taught by demons~1 Timothy 4:1
This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come~2 Timothy 3:1
For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear~ 2 Timothy 4:3
He will speak against the Most High and oppress his holy people and try to change the set times and the laws. The holy people will be delivered into his hands for a time, times and half a time~Daniel 7:25
He will cause deceit to prosper, and he will consider himself superior. When they feel secure, he will destroy many and take his stand against the Prince of princes. Yet he will be destroyed, but not by human power~Daniel 8:25
The king will do as he pleases. He will exalt and magnify himself above every god and will say unheard-of things against the God of gods. He will be successful until the time of wrath is completed, for what has been determined must take place~Daniel 11:36
Let no one deceive you with empty words, for because of such things God’s wrath comes on those who are disobedient~Ephesians 5:6
It was given power to wage war against God’s holy people and to conquer them. And it was given authority over every tribe, people, language and nation~ Revelation 13:7
And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord Jesus will overthrow with the breath of his mouth and destroy by the splendor of his coming~2 Thessalonians 2:8
